[udig-devel] unofficial release RC11

Hi Jesse, I try udig-1.1-RC11.linux.gtk.x86 with gnu/linux (gentoo) and kde.

I tested him with a multipolygon layer. I found a refresh problem creating a 
new features. 
The following steps produce that refresh fail.

1 - Select "Create Rectangle tool"
2- I Draw the new rectangle (pressing the left button and dragging)
3- leave the mouse button.
4- udig does not draw the new feature
5- Select other tool (like zoom)  then the new feature appear.
