Hey all,

I'm off to the land of dialup --- a cliff on a small island far, far
away. I was hoping to grab a PDF of the developer's docs but confluence
refused to help.

Is there a way to get the developer docs in some kind of downloadable
bundle? I expected such a thing in the SDK but the help plugin seems to
only have the user docs. 

any help would be appreciated,
