[udig-devel] unofficial release RC11

Hi Jesse,
I wasn't able to try it out yet, but I will soon. Thanks for the release.
One question: I have put a patch on Jira for the problem I had with the
reload of services, but it is unassigned:

http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/UDIG-1281

I assume the patch hasn't been applied to the rc11 and I wanted to ask
if there is something else I should do, since it was my first patch.
