[udig-devel] unofficial release RC11

Hi,

I've managed to get all the parts together so I could make a release  
of RC11.  There is a refresh issue while editing that is bugging me.   
But I'd like some feedback.  Try it out at:

http://udig.refractions.net/downloads/release

The windows zip file does not have the java.  But if you have a  
previous release you can download it much quicker and use the java  
from a previous release.
