[udig-devel] Catalog drag-n-drop

The input is literally anything.  It can be a URL, a string what  
ever.  Currently it accepts a String or URL or URI of the format:

jdbc.postgis://username:password@host:port/database

or

postgis.jdbc://username:password@host:port/database

Although it is the connection factory that is supposed to handle the  
actual processing.
