Hi Silvia,

Could you put a break point at BasicFeatureRenderer.java line 429 and  
see what is null?  And also try to get the stack trace.

Could you tell me how I can debug.  I think it is probably a simple  
problem but I need to be able to debug an example.  Can I just add  
the JGrass plugins?  Use the AddLayer wizard to add a shape file from  
the Test Grass Workspace.

(Hope I got the terms correct).
