[udig-devel] WG: problem loading tiff and jpeg

Hi,

There are known issues with the grid coverage support that will cause  
large geotiff and jpg datasets to not be renderable.  Geotools has  
just obtained a new GC implementation but we have not been able to  
add that to uDig yet since it is on an unstable branch of  
development.  But we are REALLY excited about it.

If you can send us the log (there is a Send Log item in the Help  
menu) then I can determine if you are encountering a known issue or  
something new and undesired.
