[udig-devel] [jira] Created: (UDIG-1071) Scalebar Mapgraphic has text collisions

Look at the mapserver scalebar code or the JUMP scalebar code and see  
what *it* does. In addition to text collisions, the values used are  
still really silly... (421km???)
