The spacing between the text in the Scalebar Mapgraphic is not sufficient (see attachment)

If the text is too close, some options are:
- half of the values could be eliminated (140 km, 421 km, 701 km)
- show less blocks, or increase the overall width
- look at real maps and see what they do
