The eclipse error log appears to always be less than 1 MB, but it appears to take more than 60 seconds to read.
- the dialog should open, then populate its log content in a thread without blocking
- a more efficient read technique should be used
- the content included in the mail should be trucated for relevance

Also, users submit logs without any comments or contact info
- improve UI and require inputs
