[udig-devel] Avoiding uDig startup dialogs

Here's a little improvement we've been talking about for a while, that 
we've finally made to make development life a little easier... 

Every time you clear your workspace and start up uDig, the tips dialog 
and intro screen attacks, requiring you the developer to click a few 
more times unnecessarily before loading up your layers and such.  Here 
are instructions on how to turn them off:
