Now that a layer can actually have 2 layers we need to make sure that the dropped resource is rendered not a friend

If you drop a WMS and the friend WFS is in the catalog then the rendering is done by the WFS renderer not the WMS renderer.  SInce the user dropped the WMS it should be rendered with the WMS
