Hi uDiggers.

FYI, I have just updated the German "What's new" page and the TOC, two pieces that I had overlooked in the last translation effort. I would be grateful if somebody did a sanity check if everything is working in the German version before the next release. Some of the deeper pages (concepts etc.) are still untranslated, but the TOC, overview pages and the user's guide should work fine.
