[udig-devel] So how does uDig development work? (was Associations WMS/WFS/Pojo)

I would like to figure out how to go about changing the first two items 
listed below. My initial thought would be to write up a design, get 
agreement, and then (after getting some time to work on it) go ... But 
since the first two items were requested some months ago, and did not 
get much in the way of comment I am going to try something else, to see 
if will work out for us.

I will:
1. write up the interfaces
2. and some test cases
3. and ask for review.

(This is just an alternative to a proposal)

If there are no complaints and myself or someone else has time we can then
4. hook it into the code base.
