We've created the SDK this morning and it is currently uploading.  Linux 
is already there, Mac is in progress, and Windows is still in the Queue.

For the 1.1.0 release this would need to be ported to the GeoTools 2.2.x 
branch, and for the 1.1.1 release, the 2.3.x branch.
