Hmmm.  on second thought.  I can't seem to reproduce this issue.

Why don't you try changing line: 439 in LayersView

from:
                 viewer.refresh(layer);
to:
                 viewer.refresh(false);
or
                 viewer.refresh();

and see if that fixes the problem.
