[udig-devel] Releasing from SDK FIXED (Was Exporting a .product configuration)

We have successfully fixed the SDK release and you can now export your
own application from it.

To do so, you need the following:

* A feature, containing all of the features/plugins that comprise your 
application.
* A branding plug-in (set this in the above feature, on the overview page)
* A product configuration

Make sure the product configuration includes the above feature, as well 
as net.refractions.udig and org.eclipse.rcp! You also need to have both 
a product extension and an application extension somewhere. Point to 
these in your product configuration file.

The SDK that was built today that this works with has been made 
available here:
Linux: 
http://udig.refractions.net/downloads/udig-SDK-2006-05-04-linux-gtk-x86.tgz
Windows: 
http://udig.refractions.net/downloads/udig-SDK-2006-05-04-win32-x86.zip

Please try this out and let us know if it works!
