[udig-devel] The Table View, previously known as Selection View

I might have been unclear there, sorry. That was "view" as in the table
view itself, not the map editor.
I was talking about a small technical detail with how to make the table
responsive by only reading in features from the featurestore as your
scroll down; what eclipse calls virtual tables.
