[udig-devel] encoding problem

Hi Richard,

no unfortunately it is corporate intranet.

In Geoserver's "Server Configuration" we have set "Character Set" to
ISO-8859-1. Our Oracle database is UTF-8. Geoserver handles the conversion
okay.
