Vertices added by "Add Vertex" are always added to the end/beginning of a line
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: UDIG-867
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/UDIG-867
     Project: uDIG
        Type: Bug

  Components: tool edit
    Versions: UDIG 1.1.RC2
    Reporter: Michael Brasser
 Assigned to: Jesse Eichar

Given a line with two vertices, if I use the "Add Vertex" tool to add a third vertex in the middle of the line, I end up with a line that overlaps itself. i.e. it seems like the new coordinate is just getting tacked on to the end of the coordinate list, rather than be placed between the two original coordinates.

Let me know if this isn't clear and I will try to attach a screen capture.
