[udig-devel] uDig 1.1.RC1 released!

uDig 1.1.RC1 has been released.  The biggest changes of note are the 
addition of events to the PostGIS and WFS datastore.  This provides 
feedback when editing PostGIS and WFS layers so that you can tell if 
you've actually made a change!  (Previously one would have to manually 
refresh the view in order to see the change).  Other improvements 
include a new tool preference page framework, localization tweaks, 
better info tool behaviour, and of course, lots of various bug fixes.
