[udig-devel] What is going on with the libs??

Right now the developers manually update the maven repo used by the 
geotools build, you can use your svn username/password to get into that 
webdev directory and upload something more recent. This is only a 
timesaver to prevent those working on uDig trunk from needing to also 
build geotools all the time.

For a while we tracked the "latest" geotools snapshot generated by 
cruise control but that had its own pros and cons.

For uDig releases we try and release a named geotools release at the 
same time prevent this problem.
