In RC2 the "General" and "Help" sections of the preferences dialog are untranslated. This tells me that some of the Eclipse 3.1.1 language plugins are missing. (Don't have it in my head which were the relevant ones.)

P.S. This already was OK in older milestones of Udig1.1.
