[udig-devel] CatalogPlugin.getDefault() problems with RC3

When I try and step over CatalogPlugin.getDefault(), I get a NPE.  Very
strange.  I've included ALL of the net.refractions.udig.* plugins as
dependencies but the runtime can't seem to find it or load it.
