[udig-devel] logging uDig

We specifically made a WMS module tracing setting to exactly cover this 
need :-)

The details are on the website, it involves placing a ".options" file 
into your uDig directory (or if you are running from eclipse they have a 
fancy user interface as one of the "Run" tabs).  The result is sent to 
your log file, or to console if you start with "-consoleLog".
