[udig-devel] Bugs in RC3 candidate

Thanks Jesse we are glad you are back :-)

If you get a chance can you confirm the behavior of the mapgraphics 
(legend and scalebar), and add the ability to open up the style view for 
mapgraphics (as right now uDig cannot interact with them).
