[udig-devel] Following the Project Directions

I've been ignoring the little red X beside arcsde for a while now.

net.refractions.udig.catalog.arcsde is currently not part of the regular 
uDig build.  gt2-arcsde-2.2.0.jar is also not part of the geotools 
build.  I'm not sure on the specifics of why arcsde has been removed, 
but presumably uDig is holding off until GeoTools picks it up again...

I built the arcsde jar on my own system, and it was picked up by the 
libs plugin, but it was not exported (I could easily add it, but this 
will add a dependency on the gt2-arcsde jar)... did this have 
distribution issues?
