[udig-devel] Howto make a service persistent

Hi all, 

still on my mission to implement a custom service. Well made progress basically everything is working. But my service does not get restored after restarting the application. Looking at the implementation of other services I haven't found any hint to some kind of persistence mechanism. So how does the magic happen? May be somebody can provide me with an example or a already implemented class to look at.
