[udig-devel] Moving to Eclipse 3.2

Man rough crowd,

But the difference between want and need is significant. Let me check my 
compatibility requirements and be sure. I was kind of expected uDig 1.1 
would follow Eclipse 3.1, and uDig 1.2 could start tracking Eclipse 3.2 
... a certain symmetry.

(aside: Justin has a bet with me about uDig 1.1 jumping to Eclipse 3.2, 
only reason I am winning is because I am not working on uDig right now. 
Heck I think the bet was only about jumping on a beta Eclispe 3.2 ... )
